Yep you guessed it, now that I have found out that I can put my videos up on my blog I am now uploading them one by one.
So for the "Stress release" video remember that we are all affected by stress in one way shape or form, and there is a lot more to it than what I am writing here in this blog.
What I do know from personal experience and fom my Stress Management training is that you cannot eliminate stress but you can manage it.
And using such tools as the short video below can and will keep your stress levels lower than perhaps they are currently on a day to day basis.
Now I am not saying that this video is going to release all your stress today, but if you watch it every day it will act as a minimiser and your stress will not build.
Stress is a chemical which is released into the body, and it is how we react to that chemical that is the key. Stress builds without us even realising that we are being affected by stress until we are through the other side and then it hits us.
Stress is useful and assists us to get deadlines completed, or do something which is way out of our comfort zone, but it will take its toll if the excess is not "drained" away.
So if you wish to understand the ins and outs of "stress" then book a workshop or have some coaching with me and get to understand it for what it truly is and how it works in your life.

So I hope that you enjoy the video and once again your feedback is appreciated.
