Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

What does this mean?

Eclipses are always about ensuring that our eyes are open to face the truth of our situation. If you know you're not be totally honest with yourself about someone or something, now would be a good time to stop!

The full moon is an incredible useful moon to have around, it gives you the opportunity to get rid of anything old, that includes stale relationships, people, situations, clear out the cupboards and that includes all recycling etc.

This is also an excellent time to have your hair cut if you don't wish for it to grow to quickly, removal of teeth if your brave enough are best done on a full moon, as apparently you don't bleed so much. (Not tried that one personally but will let you know if every I do!)

Then for those who are brave enough to have the old waxing done, then this is the best time of the month to go for it. Again the full moon is about the letting go and a getting rid of kinda process, this slows down the hair growth.

So if there are any new projects /deals to be started remember to wait until the new moon for this although this is a good time to sign anything which is to be completed, like the sale of a house, so basically any thing that needs to come to an end is better to be started on a full moon, that can include three days before and three days after, although the moon is most empowered on that actual day.

There are plenty of sites that show you the cylces of the moon, so that you can acurately begin to integrate your life decisions based on where the moon cycle is. Or at least it will have an influence.

So good luck to you all on clearing out the rubbish in your life, this opens up the opportunity for new business, friends and good things to come in when you make you wishes and dreams on the new moon. But remember ensure that when you put in your order to the universal shop that you ask for exactly what you require, because one thing that I can assure you is that the universe will most definately deliver the very goods which you have ordered.

Spiritualism ~ Grounding and Protection

Is there a difference between grounding and protection?

Yes

Grounding / Earthing is the ability to be earthed when working.

There are various methods of grounding / earthing many involve the use of visualisation.

Grounding / Earthing means just what is says ~ using the feet by the means in which energies travel to keep you firmly on tera firma when working.

Protection is the ability to be protected when working

Again there are various methods used for protection, and again many use visualisation techniques.

The idea is to protect your spiritual self, just as you would protect your physical self with clothing.

Benefits of grounding and protection.

Increased energy levels

More focused for longer periods of time

Assists in keeping a positive outlook on life

Less likely to attract external negative energies

Allows you to be more stable if you are working as a carer or in the therapy profession

There is so much more to learn regarding the effects of not grounding and protecting your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self.

And as an example think about a time when you have been into a busy shopping area, and come home totally drained. This is just one example of your own energy field leaking energy and at the same time "physic vampires" leaching your life force energy away from you for their own benefit.

If you happen to work in a sick building with some negative colleagues, then is it not surprising that other people around and working in the same area become affected.

It is difficult to stay positive, grounded and protected under such external stressors. But knowing how to ground and protect your "self" can reduce these effects dramatically, and so therefore long term wellbeing is increased on a massive level.

Using crystals, plants and aromatherapy fragrances around you can also assist with building and sustaining your own personal energy field.

Hauntings

So many people have contacted me regarding this subject, something must be stirring in the universe. I often get telephone calls regarding hauntings and all the individual stories can be found on http://www.reikimia.co.uk

There are some important facts to know when it comes to this subject although a vast subject I shall cover the basics and if you require any further or more personal information regarding something which has or is happening to you or someone you know then please do get in touch.Also I am looking for new haunting stories and experiences for my third book Angel Blessings 3.

So back to the details then, there are various interpretations of what I am about to write but this is not resprecting any one else's information, knowledge or wisdom. I write from a place of knowing and personal experience. (That is not to say that what I know or have experienced is in any way right or wrong it just is.)

What is a ghost? well in my experience a ghost is a presence of energy which has passed from the physical body through death and continues to reside in the earth plane. This could be for several reasons to my understanding and that is that the energy does not realise that s/he has passed away (died) and that they are now looking for their physical body so that they are able to get back inside and resume life. If they choose not to go to the spiritworld they then become "trapped" here in the earth plane and are unable to find their way "home" (home for me is the spiritworld). They often come back looking for their loved ones that may still be alive, or I have experienced someone who visited my nephew knowing that my nephew had the ability to sense his being in the room, despite that my nephew completely ignored all the "mystical" and "spooky" experiences of this energy the energy continued to let my nephew know that he was there.

Over the years what we have come to realise is that when there is a link to me in some way shape or form by the person here in the earth plane, the ghost or visitor continues to let them know in anyway it can in order for them to get me so that then they are able to go home.One of my jobs here in the earth plane is to release and get lost souls home safely. Eventually in the above experience for my nephew he finally told me. This story is on the web site.


Then there are more evolved energies which feed on negative energies and emotions here in the earth plane and can become very active often referred to as a poltegeist. This energy can become very strong, and even leave pungent smells to let you know they are around, they have also been known to move objects and throw things, and then on a category 5+ scale they are very capable of manifesting in the form of ectoplasm and coming into form, also can take possession of a physical body without the person even being aware of it.


These energies can be very destructive and people in the physical can experience a feeling of being drained and feeling lifeless, and even becoming ill.For me whether they are angry or not they are still souls and they are just looking for attention and wish to go home.


Many people report sightings to me in their homes, in hotels they have stayed in and of ghost hunts which they have been on.Some indications that there is an energy (ghost or visitor of some form) is that there will be problems with electrics and or water items in the home. There will be cold spots in the property and animals will be tetchy around this area, and often respond to the energy field when it is active.


Depending on how senstive you are as an individual depends on whether you are able to sense, see or detect in any way shape of form a ghost, or energy.I find this an amazing and fascinating subject and my work as I said earlier does include visiting places, houses, hotels, offices etc to clear, cleanse and rebalance the affected areas and ensure that the "energy" gets to go home.
