Gratitude

Gratitude, something which many take for granted.

So I ask you a question "What are you grateful for today"?

I guess you never even gave it a thought, and you would not be on your own with that.

It can be really helpful to keep a gratitude journal, to remind us of the things which we often take for granted in our daily lives.

Believe you me the list is endless when you begin to look at what you are grateful for in your life, start with at least five things every day and even stick affirmation cards up around the home.

Make it fun, get the children involved and make a gratitude story board together, putting up at least two gratitudes every day.

Watch the video below to get you started:

Every morning when I am in the beginning stages of waking up the first thing I say is "thankyou for a wonderful day" even if it is grey and tippling down with rain.

I have learnt over the years to appreciate even the weather, and it never dictates how I should feel for the day, I make my own decisions and choices in life.

The weather is just the weather doing what it does.

I decide on a daily basis that despite what the weather is doing I am going to be happy and grateful for the all that is.

Try it out you may be surprised with how uplifted you feel, and get yourself into creating that gratitude journal for yourself.

So thank you for taking the time to read this post I am truly grateful.

Thank you
